Association Dues
Annual dues go to cover common area expenses such as landscaping, utilities, repairs & maintenance, as well as operating costs such as legal expenses, administrative & postage, insurance, taxes, etc.
As provided in the Covenants, all dues are payable on JanuaryAs provided in the Covenants, all dues are set by the Association at its annual meeting and are currently $125.00 per property, payable on January 1st of each year. Delinquent dues are subject to late fees.
Dues should be made payable to “Chapel Creek Homeowners Association” and may be mailed to the Association’s Address.
